Etsy and Calla Lillies
I went to Etsy to search for items for my secret pal and dishcloth swapper. Ok, yes I did covet many of the stitch markers for myself, but that's not the point. I so enjoy Etsy and I love calla lilies (carried 'em at my wedding) but when I saw this photo it made me question both of those things. Wow, that's an incredible picture. Ok, enough snarkiness. I'm going on a knitting adventure tomorrow with some friends and I need to get my beauty rest. Have a great weekend everyone!

What a "johcko" picture! :-P
I'm not sure what is worse about that picture:
a) the 17 tubes of mascara and 8 pencils of eyeliner used to get her eyes that way
b) the poor excuse for Marilyn Monroe wig
or
c) that incredibly tacky scarf.
Or
d) The fact that her girls are about burst forth singing Queen's "I Want to Break Free!"

Wow, that's, um.... interesting! *g* There can never be enough snarkiness.
It also really makes me want to sneeze just from looking at it, because even though I think lillies are beautiful, allergies mean I can't get anywhere near them. Obviously knitted ones wouldn't give me *that* problem, but still. No, a thousand times no!
